By accessing and using the services of Konopy LLC ("Konopy", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Konopy provides intelligent growth systems including: brand strategy, conversion-focused web design, funnel architecture, CRM, automation, content development, paid advertising campaigns, customer success, and AI-powered business growth services.
The Growth Diagnosis is a complimentary strategic session for qualified businesses. It does not constitute a commitment to engage by either party. Konopy reserves the right to accept or decline any diagnosis request at its discretion.
All work delivered by Konopy — including designs, copy, code, strategy and systems — transfers ownership to the client only upon full project payment. Konopy retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless an explicit NDA is in place.
Projects require a 50% deposit to begin. The balance is invoiced according to milestones agreed upon in the proposal. Refunds are evaluated case by case for unstarted work. No refunds are issued for completed or in-progress work.
Konopy does not guarantee specific business results, revenue or growth outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control, including client execution, market conditions and external variables. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Konopy treats all client information as confidential and does not share it with third parties without explicit consent. Clients agree not to share Konopy's proprietary methodologies, frameworks and systems with competitors.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Houston, Texas.
